Meetings begin at 12:15 PM and generally conclude by 1:30 PM.

Standard practice is to hold meetings at the Boynton Beach facility; however, there may be circumstances that necessitate hosting meetings offsite.

South Florida PBS will continue the use of remote technology to host virtual and/or hybrid meetings.
