The programs seen on Create TV come from American Public Television, The National Educational Telecommunications Association (NETA) and Public Broadcasting Service (PBS).

V-me (pronounced veh-meh), is the first national Spanish-language television network presented by public television stations. V-me, a 24-hour digital broadcast service carried on basic digital cable in major markets across the country and nationally via satellite, represents a new network and media community for US Latinos.

V-me (from the Spanish veme, meaning see me) entertains, educates and inspires families in Spanish with a youthful, contemporary mix of original productions, exclusive premieres and acquisitions, and popular public television programs specially adapted for American Latinos.

42.4 FLORIDA KNOWLEDGE NETWORK / T.E.N. (THE EDUCATION NETWORK) / FLORIDA CHANNEL

  

The Education Network (T.E.N.) is the television production service for the School District of Palm Beach County. The network consists of two open cable channels on Comcast 234 and 235, which reaches 465,000 subscribers throughout Palm Beach County. Programming is transmitted on Comcast twenty-four hours a day and can also be viewed via webcast from the District’s website and on WXEL TV42.4. T.E.N. holds FCC licenses for four Educational Broadcast Services (EBS) channels, which are micro-waved directly into the schools and administrative facilities.

The FLORIDA Channel provides citizens of the state of Florida access to their state government in action.  Through television coverage of all three branches of Florida's government, The FLORIDA Channel keeps viewers informed of decisions being made at the state level because those decisions have a direct impact on their quality of life.
